Codesta is a team lead by three individuals, Founding Directors Dr. Andrew Mutz and Joseph Molnar, and Managing Director Patrick McCarten. Established as a software consultancy, Codesta has evolved into a custom software products specialist, with expertise in Product Management, Software Design and Large Scale Web Applications.

As an organization we support career tracks for technologists and entrepreneurs alike. Software Developers with an interest in new technologies, new products and new projects thrive in our environment and comprise the majority of our staff. Entrepreneurs drive our business and are responsible for the relationships we establish, grow and maintain project by project. HISTORY

Codesta was founded in 2002 by Joseph Molnar and Andrew Mutz, two individuals with well over 20 years of experience in software development and IT infrastructure design and deployment. Codesta began as a firm with two primary strategic objectives:

  • Solve unique, high value business problems by developing truly useful software solutions
  • Build value for invested parties through applied business acumen and innovative technical excellence

By leveraging North American talent pools we have been able to deliver on both of our objectives. In the last year alone, Codesta has seen its customers prosper and our revenues double. The reason is simple; whether facing legacy challenges or building new products or services, companies have turned to Codesta for original thinking and quality software development.

As we have evolved, we have discovered a new objective. We love the creative process, and believe our team, through its experiences, can significantly contribute to the product process. Since 2006 our new objective has been:
