Joseph Molnar - Founding Director

Joe has over 12 years of experience in business and database systems, online commerce, and systems architecture. He has managed and developed custom and integrated systems for companies such as Ferrari North America, Lucent, Sprint and IBM.

Joe manages Codesta's software development service line, driving value for clients through his uncommon ability to create original solutions to complex business problems. From 2001 up to the founding of Codesta, Mr. Molnar worked with small software companies, managing the development of a broad range of unique software products.

Prior to this Joe was the Vice President of Engineering for Internet Pictures Corporation (iPIX) where he managed five software development teams across three countries. In addition to managing the creation of high volume image production software and web services, Mr. Molnar was a key contributor in international business development and M&A initiatives. This included performing technical and human capital assessments of potential global and domestic acquisitions, and managing the bamboo.com and iPIX technical integration efforts when the companies merged. Additionally, he led client integration discussions and performed technical feasibility and cost analysis as part of the team that successfully negotiated iPIX's most significant partner, eBay.

Before iPIX, Joe co-founded enVise Corporation, a technical consulting firm that provided custom software systems for numerous international firms, including Ferrari North America, Sprint, Lucent, and IBM. Accomplishments at enVise included being an early back-end developer of successful e-commerce sites, creating, in 1996, one of the first Java-backed web sites on the Internet, and developing one of the first Java middleware frameworks providing complete database transparency.
